Githabai Heights

We designed and are now constructing this striking 6-floor mixed-use development in Githabai, Nyandarua County. Located directly opposite Githabai Market, this building brings together vibrant commercial spaces on the lower levels with thoughtfully planned residential apartments above.

The architecture plays with clean, confident lines and a striking combination of deep blue and soft grey tones that give the building a strong yet welcoming presence. Large, well-placed windows flood the interiors with natural light during the day and create a warm, glowing rhythm across the facade in the evening. Generous balconies and open layouts ensure every space feels connected, practical, and alive with light and air.

More than just a building, this project was conceived as a natural heartbeat for the growing town center; a place where business and daily living flow together effortlessly.
